Double Chocolate Cookies

Servings: 40 Cookies

Ingredients:

2 c all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 2/3 c Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener

1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder

1 ¼ c light butter

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 c semisweet chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine flour, salt, baking soda, Ideal®, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
  • In separate bowl, beat butter until it is light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined.
  • Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Fold chololate chips in by hand.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
